The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a program which supports people with disabilities to perform in everyday activities with suitable care so that they can achieve goals. This program supports an Australian citizen, permanent citizen or a person having significant disabilities to become more independent and involved in the community positively and improve their wellbeing.

We understand that the bonding between the client and the carer is very important. Therefore, we tend to keep the same carer with the client unless client advise us to change the carer or to cease the services by the carer.

To keep the participants assured and protected, we only recruit experienced, dependable, and compliant workers with a proven capability in supporting clients to work towards their goals and the positive outcome. Our staff subject to rigorous recruitment and selection process including:

  • In depth recruitment process 
  • Competency assessment. 
  • Comprehensive reference check. 
  • National Police check. 
  • Working with children check. 
  • Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme check
  • Training (first aid, manual handling, life support etc) 
  • Mental Health First Aid Training (where needed)
  • 100-point identity check and much more.
